Pay Rent

American Apartment Owners Association (AAOA) will obtain permission from the applicant via email.  Each occupant over 18 years of age must complete an application.  And each applicant must use a different unique email address on the application.  The cost of the application is $50.00 per application and is non-refundable.  The application will not be processed without the background check fee paid in advance.
